How do I get to Calas from the airport?

If you visit Calas on your own it is certain you will need some kind of transportation to get to your hotel. The fastest way is by coming in a taxi, which would take around one hour and costs about 70 € (more or less, depending on people, time of day and packages). The other way is by bus at a cheaper rate, but with many stops and not a direct line, so you probably want to avoid it.

Busses

Once you have arrived Calas and you feel like visiting other towns in Mallorca, a bus will get you almost anywhere. There are many bus stops in town so you will surelly walk by one. Right there you will find the daily timelines, although we recommend you ask your hotel reception for some information, since they surelly have it there for you and might even give you some advice on places to visit around.

Doctor

There are many private doctors in Calas de Mallorca, all of them speaking your language. These doctors usually charge between 80 to 100 euros for a common visit, but it can be much more. If you have travel insurance you can claim that money back once you go back to your contry.

As usuall, when you need or think you need a doctor, ask your hotel reception for some advice.

Farmacy

There is a farmacy on the shopping center where you can get medicines, shall it be the case.

Cash machines

If you need to get money from a credit card, there are many cash machines available around the town’s shopping center. Also, if you need to exchange money from your country to euros, your hotel reception will change it for you right there.

Phone international area codes

To make international calls from spain, you need to dial 00 and a country code before the number you are calling. If the international number has a 0 at the beginning, you need to drop that one.
For UK calls from spain, you need to dial 0044.
For Ireland calls the number is 00353.
