The sun is something basic to spend a wonderful vacation, but be careful because it can be painful if you burn your skin. Take good care of it!

Tips

  1. Use sunscreen if you’re sunbathing. Here we offer you an orientational chart for different types of skin:

    Dark skin Factor 4
  2. The sunscreen should be applied every 1 to 2 hours to have the desired effect.
  3. The hours most harmful to the skin are between 12 am and 3 pm.
  4. It is advisable for the elderly and children to wear a hat during long exposures to the sun.
  5. The face and upper back are among the most sensitive and prone to sunburns.
  6. Protect the children from the sun, they suffer sunburns the most after the holidays.
